International Applicants
In short
We welcome international engineers, but our clients require three things: you must legally reside in the Netherlands, hold a valid Dutch work permit, and speak Dutch at C1 level or higher (99% of roles need this). We do not sponsor visas or permits, for EU and non-EU candidates alike. If you don't yet meet all three, we sadly cannot proceed. We genuinely admire your ambition and wish you success.
Important Information for International Engineering Applicants
Thank you for your interest in engineering opportunities through our platform. We truly appreciate the time and effort you've taken to apply and recognize the valuable skills and experience you bring as an engineer.
To ensure clarity and transparency, we would like to explain the criteria we use when reviewing applications. These requirements are essential for the roles we list and the clients we serve.
Our Application Requirements:
- Residency: Candidates must currently (legally) reside in the Netherlands.
- Language Proficiency: A minimum of C1-level proficiency in the Dutch language is required (99% of our job openings require proficiency in Dutch)
- Work Authorization: Candidates must already hold a valid work permit for the Netherlands. Please note that we do not sponsor work visas or permits for engineers from outside the Netherlands.
What this means for applicants:
- If you are a non-EU citizen: We are unfortunately unable to consider your application unless you already reside in the Netherlands and possess a valid Dutch work permit. We do not sponsor visa applications or facilitate work permits for non-EU engineers.
- If you are an EU citizen: While EU citizens generally have the right to work in the Netherlands, we still require that you are currently living in the Netherlands and have Dutch language skills at a C1 level or higher. If you are planning to relocate to the Netherlands but do not yet reside here, we are unable to consider your application at this time.
We understand that relocation and Dutch language proficiency are significant commitments, and we truly admire your ambition and willingness to explore opportunities in the Netherlands. However, due to the specific requirements of our clients and the roles we support, we are only able to move forward with candidates who meet all three criteria mentioned above.
We wish you the very best in your job search and future career endeavors. Thank you again for considering our recruitment services.
With kind regards,
Team CadJobs
